Former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell was a hit at CPAC today. After giving an inspiring speech to the faithful, Blackwell hit Radio Row for a number of appearances, including NRA News (pictured above with host Cam Edwards).

I also spotted Blackwell having lunch with former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore at the Omni Shoreham. When I asked him about it later, Blackwell told me he’s happy to have lunch with any of the Republican contenders — Gilmore just happened to be the first one to ask.
