Conservative blogger and journalist with a passion for politics, sports and family
I’ll be spending this afternoon in the U.S. Capitol with six other bloggers for an event sponsored by the House Republican Conference that is expected to draw upwards of 40 members of Congress. We’ll be talking about the Democrats’ budget — featuring the largest tax increase in U.S. history — and a host of other issues, ranging from the Iraq War to D.C. voting rights.
RedState will be strongly represented with both Mark I and Pat Cleary (also of ShopFloor.org) joining me for the event. Other bloggers planning to attend include Ivy Sellers of Human Events, Mary Katharine Ham of Townhall, Steven Spruiell of National Review Online’s Media Blog, and the Editor at the Influence Peddler.
