Blogging in Britain

Sam Coates and Tim Montgomerie of ConservativeHome, originally uploaded by Rob Bluey.
Today at our Conservative Bloggers’ Briefing, we heard from two wonderful allies from London who run the popular ConservativeHome blog, one of the biggest political blogs in Britain.
Tim Montgomerie and Sam Coates are in Washington all week for meetings. They dropped by the Heritage Foundation today to talk about British politics and their burgeoning conservative movement, which is being fueled by bringing people together online.
I’ll have more on what they’re doing later (perhaps in my next Townhall column), but I hope you’ll check out their work at ConservativeHome, Britain and America, 18DoughtyStreet.com, and the brand-new PlayPolitical.com.
