As conservatives celebrate today’s Supreme Court ruling on partial-birth abortion, they should take particular note of Justice Clarence Thomas’ concurring opinion, which was joined by Antonin Scalia.

Although it is just one paragraph, it’s absolutely great. Heritage Foundation legal expert Todd Gaziano called my attention to the fact that Thomas uses the ruling to remind everyone that the entire line of cases since Roe v. Wade “has no basis in the Constitution.”
