Supreme Court Upholds Partial-Birth Abortion Ban

Posted by: Rob Bluey In: Politics

A great day for America. AP has the story. Stayed turned for more coverage on RedState, Power Line, How Appealing, Bench Memos and SCOTUSblog.

I was in my office with Heritage legal guru Todd Gaziano on a conference with call with Paul Mirengoff and Howard Bashman when I heard the news.

This is why conservatives worked tirelessly to confirm John Roberts and Samuel Alito to the court. It was Alito’s vote that gave conservatives the majority — a great example of how he’s making a difference.
