The Washington Examiner’s Mark Tapscott e-mails today that former soldier and civilian intelligence officer Michael Tanji has launched The SPOT Report. Tanji’s first order of business is covering Wal-Mart’s extensive efforts to recruit former military intelligence officials to protect the world’s largest retailer from itself and others.
