My fellow RedState contributor Jeff Emanuel has the scoop on the Democrats’ plan to bring to the House floor the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act, a bill that would require the U.S. government to pay reparations to the people of Guam for the atrocities they suffered while under Japanese occupation.
