My YouTube Debut: An Interview With Margaret Spellings
Posted by: Rob Bluey In: Capitol Hill
I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Education Secretary Margaret Spellings to talk about her priorities, chief among them the reauthorization of No Child Left Behind. I pressed her on the conservative alternative called A-PLUS and asked her about the Bush Administration’s commitment to school choice. The full transcript is available at RedState. Special thanks to Jonathan Perkins for his help on the project.
The interview presented me with a unique opportunity to introduce video into my reporting. With the help of my colleague Jermaine Davis, I’ve made my debut on YouTube. Please let me know what you think. I’m always looking for feedback, and I’d like to do more in the way of video, so any thoughts or suggestions would be most helpful.
