One of the great things about working at the Heritage Foundation is getting information about what’s happening in Congress before anyone else. So even before the mainstream media began reporting about the immigration bill, we were already hearing from sources what was in it. As I write for Townhall this week, Republicans got duped by Sen. Teddy Kennedy, who has made a habit of getting his way with President Bush.
