As I mentioned yesterday, a few conservative PdF attendees organized a party afterward at Ulysses’ in New York’s financial district. In the above photo, I’m standing with (from left) Flip Pidot of Suitably Flip, Todd Zeigler of the Bivings Report, David All and Joe Mansour, who starts working for David on June 1. We had a great time and, surprisingly, attracted quite a few liberals to the shindig.

I want to thank David for pulling the whole thing together and Matt Lewis and Todd for their financial support. I didn’t count, but I’d guess we had about 25 people at the height of the party, including conference organizers Andrew Rasiej and Micah Sifry. My fellow RedState contributor, California Yankee, stopped by as well.

Among the new people I met: Scott Jeffrey of Legalize.com, Adam Green of MoveOn Civic Action, Phillip Anderson of the Albany Project, Ari Melber of The Nation, Elana Levin of the Drum Major Institute and Jo Lee of RingTones08.com. (Go figure that almost everyone is a liberal; but I’ve already complained about the lack of conservatives at PdF.)
