I am opposed to the Amnesty legislation. First we must secure our borders and then fine Employeers of Illegal Aliens and thirdly only provide social services to Citzens and legal residents.

Seven of those “apparently still non-committal” are publicly on record as opposing the Senate immigration deal:

For what it is worth, I called Senator Burr’s Washington office today and was told that he had made no decision on the bill yet as he has not seen a final version but he would not vote for cloture. We shall see.
