James Joyner of Outside the Beltway makes a special appearance today in the U.S. Capitol to talk to staffers about tips and techniques for blogger outreach — something that’s much needed in an era when bloggers can be bombarded with hundreds of e-mails in a single day. The Heritage Foundation is sponsoring the event in part because of Joyner’s successful presentation to our policy team last month.
