Heritage Hammers Harkin’s Heroes

We had a quick game tonight against Sen. Tom Harkin’s (D.-Iowa) team in the Senate Softball League. We won, 16-8, with some clutch hitting from Heritage’s Adam Salmon (two home runs and at least seven RBI). I played a couple innings in right and notched one hit in my lone at-bat. We’re now 6-1 in this league after a loss last week to Sen. Bob Casey’s (D.-Pa.) crew.
