I was planning to play softball tonight in the Senate Softball League, but our opponent, Sen. Chris Dodd (D.-Conn.), couldn’t field a team. (Question: If you can’t manage to round up enough people for a softball game, how on earth do you expect to win the Democratic primary?) Anyway, we’re now 7-1 in that league and in prime position in our division. We face Senators Blance Lincoln and Mark Pryor, both Democrats of Arkansas, next Thursday.
