I spoke with Matt Quintanilla who&#039;s currently running the Ithacan&#039;s website a few weeks ago in DC, and he certainly seems to &quot;get it&quot; by keeping himself informed of trends and technology, and asking himself &quot;how does this apply to what we do?&quot;

That&#039;s the key to success: be proactive in looking for change, don&#039;t wait for a need to.</description>
