I just finished reading Mark Hurst’s book, “Bit Literacy,” about managing information overload in the digital age. I’d highly recommend it if you’re even slightly overwhelmed by e-mail, photos, files or anything electronic.
I just completed the first step — emptying my inbox. I filed the e-mails that I need to save, acted on the ones I could complete in under two minutes and sorted through all the events and to-dos by putting them in my Outlook calendar and tasks. Mark promised I’d be relived. It feels great so far.
