Kudos to Rep. John Carter (R.-Tex.) for shining the spotlight on the cowards who defaced the Vietnam Veterans Memorial earlier this month. Carter will join other members of Congress tomorrow at 11 a.m. for a press conference on the Cannon Terrace. He’s also sponsoring a House resolution “condemning attacks on the memory of veterans and their service to the United States.” (Hat tip to Jonathan Rick.)
