I’m somewhat embarrassed to admit this, but my quip about Fred Thompson’s Mackinac Island speech resembling “Bob Dole — without the Viagra” has really generated quite a buzz. Howard Kurtz quoted me in the Washington Post yesterday in a story about Thompson. And last week Conn Carroll at The Blogometer found it important enough to feature in the first paragraph of his recap. I also have Danny Glover at National Journal’s Tech Daily to thank for picking it as quote of the week.
