With the Iraq hearings wrapping up in Congress today, I encourage you to watch my Heritage Foundation colleague Conn Carroll on BloggingHeads.tv explain how the violence in Basra is as a preview of what would happen in Iraq should Barack Obama become president. Militia power in Basra became a factor largely due to the premature British withdrawal.
