		<description>While I realize this is a tribute to Senator Helms, I had to post a comment about the Legislative Behavior class. I took the course my sophomore year (probably 2-4 years before you did) and received the #3 pick. I was able to trade the pick for $75, which was huge money when I was making $4.30 at my on campus job. I think the guy only ended up paying me $40 or $50, but it was well worth it. There was never any discussion about kissing shoes.</description>
