If anyone is going to salvage John McCain’s presidential campaign, it might just be Joe the Plumber. During an encounter with Barack Obama, the Ohioan explained his concerns about Obama’s plan to raise taxes. The exchange resulted in a lengthy discussion at the third and final debate about the contrasting economic policies of McCain and Obama.
